Sexy, Anti-Gay Aaron Schock Almost Drowns With Shirtless Men

Illinois Republican Congressman Aaron Schock may have graced the cover of Men's Fitness magazine but he proved last week that he isn't the best swimmer.
As Gawker points out, the anti-gay politician apparently almost drowned last week while meeting up with a bunch of hunky army men at West Point Academy in New York.
Maybe he was distracted by all the sexy studs in army wear, or maybe he's simply not a good swimmer, but Schock used the hashtag #almostdrowned followed by #goarmy in a description of an image he posted on Instagram, showing him training with the West Point cadets.
Challenged by cadets at West Point to complete the Combat Water Survival Lab which is their toughest requirement for graduation. The associated press describes it as "Perhaps the mother of all swim tests - Survival Gate # 4 - can be found at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Weighed down by heavy equipment, cadets must perform several tasks in a pool amid simulated battlefield chaos. Artificial fog, rain, and deafening noise are pumped in, darkness is punctuated only by strobe lights, and the water is churned by artificial wave makers." #almostdrowned #goarmy"
Schock has been the subject of widespread gay rumors for years.
In 2012, when asked point blank if he is gay, he said: "Those questions are completely ridiculous and inappropriate. I've said that [I'm not gay] before and I don't think it's worthy of further response. I think you can look it up."
Schock has said in the past that he doesn't support gay marriage but when asked about his stance on marriage equality in 2013, he gave a muddled answer:
"Uh, well, I, I just haven't," he said. When the reporter asked him the question again, Schock did a slightly better job at explaining himself:
"I think everybody has a set of beliefs on issues, social issues in particular, that are a reflection of how they were raised and their set of beliefs," he said.
Earlier this year, gay journalist Itay Hod "outed" Schock in a lengthy Facebook post, calling out the politician's hypocrisy of his anti-gay voting record.
The post reads in part:
people always say, no one has the right to out anyone. that coming out is a private matter. i disagree. as you can imagine, not a very popular opinion. but bear with me.
here's a hypothetical: what if you know a certain GOP congressman, let's just say from Illinois, is gay... and you know this because one of your friends, a journalist for a reputable network, told you in no uncertain terms that he caught that GOP congressman and his male roommate in the shower... together. now they could have been good friends just trying to conserve water. but there's more. what if this congressman has also been caught by tmz cameras trolling gay bars. now what if you know that this very same guy, the darling of the gop, has also voted against repeal of don't ask don't tell, opposed the repeal of doma, is against gay marriage; and for the federal marriage amendment, which would add language to the us constitution banning gay marriage and would likely strike down every gay rights law and ordinance in the country?
Are we still not allowed to out him?
