Rosé All Day: 3 Cocktails That Will Make You Blush

Does your midsummer cocktail repertoire need a reboot? Here are three refreshing summer cocktails that feature rosé wine.

Frosé 43

Ingredients:
1 Bottle Fleurs de Prairie Rosé
4 oz. Licor 43
2 oz. Lemon Juice
½ cup Fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

Directions:
Pour Fleurs de Prairie Rosé into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, overnight if possible.

Add Fleurs de Prairie Rosé ice cubes, Licor 43, lemon juice and strawberries into a blender and blend on medium speed till smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Tip: If rosé is not well frozen, add ice cubes as needed to blender to get desired consistency.


Rebel Rosé  

Rebel Rosé

Ingredients:
4 oz. Josh Cellars Rosé
1.5 oz. Redemption Bourbon
1 oz. Licor 43
Grapefruit juice
Grapefruit (for garnish)

Directions:
Pour Josh Cellars rosé, Redemption bourbon and Licor 43 in a cocktail shaker and shake.

Pour over ice and top with grapefruit juice. Garnish with grapefruit peel and enjoy


Whiskey Sour Rosé

1 oz. Layer Cake Rosé
1 oz. Redemption bourbon
1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup

Directions:
Mix whiskey, lemon juice and simple syrup and shake over ice. Strain into glass over ice and top with rosé wine. Garnish with lemon.
