Trans TikToker Dylan Mulvaney is blossoming and her fans can't get enough.
As reported by TODAY, Mulvaney took to Instagram to reveal the results of the facial feminization surgery she underwent last year. But as Mulvaney has documented, the process has been a journey.
"Facial feminization surgery ✅," she wrote after the procedure, captioning a photo of her in a hospital gown in bed. "Huge thank you to @drharrisonlee who took such good care of me! Let the healing begin."
Now with the healing finished, Mulvaney is ready to come out to her more than 10 million TikTok followers, In a video clip that opens with the title card "Dylan Mulvaney starring in 'The Face Reveal," she dons a floral gown that literally blooms and dances to Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake."
Mulvaney captioned a video: "Facial feminization ✔️ part 1" on Jan. 27.
The response was 10s across the board from her followers.
"She is the moment !!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️," one fan wrote.
Another added, "THIS IS ICONIC BABE💖"
In a second look, Mulvaney looks like Audrey Hepburn as she takes a bow before breaking into an audience address.
"I have a flair for the dramatics but it's so good, right?" she says to the camera. "I'm so happy, and it's still me. It's just a little bit softer of a version."
She added, "I just hope that all trans and nonbinary people can get the gender affirming resources that they need, because this is life changing - and sometimes life saving."
